Story behind
Wandering Thoughts is a neoclassical nocturne, which represents a sleepless night where the thoughts in your head start having their own life. Sometimes you’re able to control them and talk them down. But other times these thoughts spiral out of control and develop in a doom scenario, which I believe happens two times throughout this piece. My inspiration, other than sleepless nights, was definitely derived from Chopin’s Nocturnes.
