It’s a new year, an opportunity to start fresh and leave our past behind. Although, letting go of the past isn’t always that easy. This song represents the feeling of the past lingering in our daily life. The tough things we’ve been through, the mistakes we’ve made, the people we’ve lost. The intensity of that feeling will decline, but their presence will always be felt.
